Three course meal

Naturally Humans love food so do i, today we will be looking at three course meals the main meals we take everyday. This include:

        • Breakfast
        • Lunch
        • Dinner
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, often times breakfast is taken early in the morning, or late in the morning. Breakfast can be anything but nutritionist advise that breakfast should contain a lot of protein and other vitamins + minerals. Breakfast could be oat, eggs, beacon, beaked beans, yam, potato, corn-flacks etc the list goes on and on depending on how you prepare it. For breakfast today i had Omelette with tea.

Ingredients include: 
3 egg, 
20g shredded mozzarella cheese, 
2 table spoons of sunflower oil or butter, 
and for optional additions: spring onions and sliced avocado, 
not forgetting pepper (1 tea spoon) 
and salt to taste.

Instructions: [how i make it] first, place the frying pan on the stove, add sunflower oil or butter then in a separate bowl break the eggs add salt and pepper, when the oil is hot pour in the eggs spread them out. When the omelette is cooked you would notice that the top still has raw egg add the cheese, add this point if you want to add avocado (optional) add it too; with you spatula fold the omelette in half when the color changes to golden brown serve on your plate.  





Lunch is the meal taken hours after breakfast, though not everyone have lunch because of work schedules etc. well for my lunch i cooked yam and vegetable  sauce.





Ingredients include: 
1 tuber yam, 
2 tomato, 
1onions,
1 bunch of spinach, 
2 spring onions, 
3 table spoon of sunflower oil, 
salt and (1 tea spoon) of pepper. 

Instructions: peal and slice the yam into any shape you want, wash it and put the yam into a pot, add a little salt, place the pot on the stove add water and leave to cook. For the sauce, place the pot on the stove add the sunflower oil, add tomato's, onions, stir then add spices salt and pepper leave to cook for few minutes then was spinach and spring onions, slice then [wash again] optional, add the sliced spinach and spring onions into the tomato sauce sire leave to cook for few minutes, take down the yam when cooked. place the yam in a plate and the vegetable sauce beside it and serve hot. 

And finally Dinner, is also important even though nutritionist advise us to have light dinner because we will be off to for 7 good hours its advisable to have dinner in time. For my dinner i had chinese rice and plantain.

Ingredients: 
2 small cups of basmati rice, 
1 plantain,
 3 table spoon of sunflower oil, 
pinch of salt, 
1 pepper, 
spices (different types), 
2 table spoon dark soy sauce, 
1 onions, 
2 maggi, 
2 small cups of balsamic vinegar 
and 1 table spoon of toasted sesame oil.

Instructions:  after boiling and washing the rice, place the pot on the stove, add a little oil and onions and stair, add species including salt and pepper stair then add the boiled rice stair. in a separate pot add a little oil break in an egg [depending on the amount of rice] scramble the egg until ready then add the rice serve hot. :)





for the plantain: peal the plantain, slice to any shape possible place frying pan on the stove when hot salt the plantain and place in the frying pan until golden brown.
serve with rice and enjoy your dinner.

My all time favourite Bovi!!! born in Benin city september 27th 1979. Bovi is a comedian and actor, full names Bovi Ugboma. He featured in extended family(sitcom). He even extended his comedy to the UK!! one of my best videos was his 2013 valentine show with basketmouth he did a great job.




  
Hilarious isn't he? well sorry ladies Bovi is married to his beautiful wife, Mrs Kris Asimonye Ugboma and blessed with two lovely children David Ugbona and Elena Ugboma. 
One thing that fascinate me about Bovi is the fact that he has this funny look, when he comes on stage before he says a word i begin to laugh.
Entertainment for this weekend guys have a good one. 

Fruits

Well guys do you love taking fruits? it will interest you to know that fruits are good for our body. according to authority nutrition  "Fruits are loaded with Fiber, water and have significant chewing resistance".
 We have different types of fruits but our focus today is on bananas, yay!!!! 
Do you know that bananas have a lot of benefits, surprisingly, potassium is one of the benefits. Potassium -rich food helps to lover blood pressure, which means banana is good for high blood pressure patience. #note that if bananas are over ripe i don't think its advisable to eat them, they are naturally sweet in nature and nice to consume any time of the day. Don't forget to pick-up bananas everything you go shopping not just bananas but fruits and vegetables.
As seen in the picture above this are some of the health benefits of eating bananas, so please spread the word and encourage your friend, neighbour, brother, sister or co-worker to have a go with bananas.

Cooking is Fun!!!

Cooking is one of my best hobbies, when i am down i cook. I derive joy in cooking it fulfils that part of me :) well this are few things i have cooked out of joy :D

Christianity



Christianity as we know it is, the religion based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. It is sad the way people turn the bible upside down to suit their own personal gain. Those who are in charge of Gods flock are those referred to as pastors, priests or church elders.

But if those in charge of Gods house do not take care of it, who will? Nigeria is a country that has gone through a lot especially in the religious levels. Fake pastors all in the name of getting rich using Gods name to make wealth. What baffled me this afternoon was the story of a pastor who machete his wife for not going for church programmes its really sad to think that a pastor could do that what example is he giving his flock?
