Be creative [bread]
I saw this somewhere and I thought its good to give it a try, instead of eating bread the normal way its good to be creative and try different types of ways.
Firstly, take out the edges of the bread as seen bellow
Then make the bread flat, as seen bellow
This was what i used for mine you can be creative and try different types of things. [ well i used, sardines, bell peppers, red, yellow and green, and seasoning] Yes this is the next step :) after which the bread will be rolled up.
and the egg will be rubbed on the bread, then you pre-heat the stove add a little vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the bread and the end result...
Perfection, that is how it will be! i have tried this more than once now and it is really good. do try this over the weekend food lovers and you will be glad you did.

Then wash the onions, bell peppers and chili peppers blend them together using your blender but make sure it is not too watery while blending. The chili peppers and red bell peppers will help the granted beans to be reddish in colour. When it is blended make sure it is soft and smooth, add salt and stir [the spring onions can be added now optional ]well while that is going on place the frying pan on the stove add vegetable oil [this would be a deep frying] and allow it to be hot. When it is hot start frying the akara make sure both sides should be golden brown. When ready serve hot and enjoy.

Beans can be eaten in different ways today the main focus will be Moi Moi or as its called bean pudding by some people. Come along with me as i show you how this is made.
Firstly, wash your beans

When it is blended it should be very soft and smooth, then add salt, dried pepper (optional), palm oil and seasoning. Mix ingredients well with the mixture.
There are different ways of cooking it, for some they use white leather, others green
leaf (ewe eran, leaves), or cans of milk (peak milk) is used, others foil like i did.
Then add the eggs, fish and any other thing you want to add to the moi moi as seen in the picture bellow.
For other they fill the pot with water this allows the moi moi to steam and cook, the same is done for the leaves but today i will be baking my moi moi.
I placed the moi moi in the oven and set it at 60 I left it there to cook depending on the mixture, i like mine a little bit thick others like theirs watery, that will determine how long it stays in the pot or oven. as seen bellow the moi moi is ready and out of the oven.
When it is out of the oven you allow it to cool a little and serve.
Some people eat moi moi with rice, alone, or with pap depending on what you want. enjoy!!!
Have a lovely day guys.
